Special programme for critical instruments with special applications (as defined by RKI guidelines) and the cleaning of, for example, traumatology and high frequency surgical instruments that have not been cleaned immediately and have chemically fixed soiling.

| OXIVARIO PLUS |
|
Special programme for critical instruments (as defined by RKI guidelines) and for the prevention of iatrogenic transmission of CJD in accordance with the RKI Task Force.
The ORTHOVARIO process is aluminium tolerant and gives an optimum cleaning solution for orthopaedic surgery instruments. Particularly good cleaning results are obtained using a special unit developed by Miele for the preparation of orthopaedic instruments. |

| Remote Services System |
|
The installation of the RSA module (Remote Services Assistant) on Miele washer disinfectors means far fewer on-site visits from a Miele service engineer. The RSA enables information to be gathered and any modifications required
can be carried out remotely by electronic data transfer. The module can be connected to the Miele Service Department via an analogue modem, ISDN or GSM (mobile phone). The function status of the module is displayed, enabling the user to know, for example, whether external access is possible, and also to switch it off manually.
In the event of an error message on a Miele
washer disinfector, the Miele Service Department can be informed automatically – either by email, fax or text. This makes it possible to make an initial diagnosis of the fault quickly. If a service engineer visit is found to be required, he will be able to bring all the necessary components with him. This means that down-times are effectively kept to a minimum, and the
machine is back in service without delay – saving you time and money.
